1. Read this--it's important: Policies & Fees

 

Payment Methods Accepted: full payment by cash, cheque or etransfer at the end of each session. Please note that no credit or debit services are currently offered.

 

New patient initial consult (60 min) & standard hourly rate: $145

Follow-up appointment (30 min): $65

 

Missed appointment: $50 for a no-show. Please manage your time well.

 

Late charge: $45. For cancellation or rebooking with less than 24 hours notice.

 

Punctuality: Our clinic runs on time and we do not double book. Occasionally, due to extenuating circumstances, there may be a brief wait. We do our best to respect your time!

Footwear: All outer footwear is left on the shoe racks at the bottom of the stairs at the entrance way. The clinic is located upstairs. Feel free to bring indoor footwear. 

 

Scent-free: Please refrain from wearing strong scents in the clinic.

Animals: service animals only.

Acupuncture Treatment: eligible after initial consult, see rates above.

 

Acupuncture 5-Session Package: $300, pre-paid, 30-minute sessions. Eligible after initial consult.

 

Phone consults are billed starting after the first 10 minutes at a rate of $30, plus $15 for each additional 10-minute time unit.

 

Email consults are billed at a rate of $30 plus an additional $10 for each additional 5 minute time unit required. These are offered at the discretion of the ND.

 

Other purchases: lab tests, Naturopathic prescriptions, herbal medicine & supplements. Prices vary, GST and PST applicable. Payment methods as described.

 

Insurance Coverage: Most private insurance policies include Naturopathic Medicine. We are qualified for insurance coverage where available.
