Professional Naturopathic Consultation & Treatment: our Naturopathic Medical clinic is run by Dr. Mrazek, ND & staff. The clinic focuses on complete family care. We also do a fair amount of work with athletes and performance artists of various disciplines. We have a unique focus in Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture, use therapeutic nutritional supplements to balance the body, promote strength and healing, and more. We also offer specialized lab services. Lifestyle coaching is another way we can help get you on track. Feel better. Be happy!

Chi Kung & Meditation Instruction: ancient Chinese exercise using systematic breathing and postural movements to build, refine and balance the flow of vital energy in the body. Exercises may be taught to patients to specifically address different health goals. Strengthens and balances all systems. You can learn this as patient in our clinic, or as a student in our regular programs.

Tai Chi Instruction: China’s ‘moving meditation’ has long proven its worth in improving and maintaining health. Safe, gentle and relaxing, Tai Chi has a normalizing effect on imbalance in the body and is one type of moving Chi Kung, or 'moving meditation'. You can learn this as patient in our clinic, or as a student in our regular programs.

Self-Defense Instruction: from one on one to small group instruction, you can learn about personal protection, family safety, travel safety and more!

Partnership with Kung Fu Regina: there's even more to see at this one of a kind family centre!
